WHAT'S ON OUR BABY REGISTRY

Sharing what’s on our baby registry came highly requested by fellow first-time-moms who felt as lost as I do/did when it comes to baby registry items. After messaging with a bunch of you on Instagram, I thought it could be helpful to share what’s on our baby registry in two posts. First (this post), sharing what we registered for. And then come back with a follow up after we have had plenty of time to figure out what we love, didn’t love, were glad to have, or wish we had.

(Note: we built our registry based on research and recommendations from fellow moms, family members, and friends I trust! I have never done this before, so it’s a bit of a guessing game for now until we figure out what preferences our baby has. Every family and baby is different and will have different needs and preferences!)

WHERE WE REGISTERED

I used Babylist to create our baby registry and it could not have been simpler. One of my friends used it for her baby registry and it’s so helpful to have one place to see and shop all of the items on your registry. Just wanted to share that I have been very happy with how it works! I added the bookmark plug-in to my browser and could easily add any baby item I found to our registry. I love that this allows you to gather items from across the internet. From Amazon to Target, you can add it all! Beyond just creating a registry, I have found it personally helpful to keep track of items we want for baby even if they don’t end up being gifted – I can purchase myself once baby’s due date gets closer!
