Last weekend, my mom and sisters hosted our garden party baby shower to celebrate our little lady on the way. It was an incredibly special weekend, as so many of our friends and family came together to join us. If there is one thing I know, it’s that this little one sure is loved, and it was the most amazing day!

My sweet mom did a beautiful job helping me put together my baby shower of dreams, with help from my sisters and some friends, too! It was a garden-themed party full of florals and sweet treats! I stocked up on florals (all from Trader Joes) and spent the day before arranging bud-vases and centerpieces. We wanted a fun backdrop to open gifts and take photos, so Connie from Refined Celebrations created this beautiful pink balloon arch for us and threw in some baby’s breath to tie in a floral touch.

I can’t thank all of our wonderful friends and family enough for joining us to celebrate Baby Poppy. We’re getting closer and closer to meeting her with each coming week and I can hardly believe we’re now just about 12 weeks away! We were able to capture some of these special moments thanks to Morgan Smythe, a wonderful local Knoxville photographer. We even snuck off before guests arrived to capture a few maternity photos! I can’t wait to share these moments from our garden party baby shower with our daughter someday!
