We’re in the throes of the holiday season, and if it’s not a sequin dress or a pajama set, it may not catch the eye. But we can’t forget that aside from being the holiday season, it’s also just kind of… winter. So for all the days that don’t call for cozy loungewear or a festive sweater, you’ll need wardrobe staples you can rely on. That’s why I am so excited to share my winter uniform from Tuckernuck – my go-to shopping destination for all my wardrobe needs.
Weekend wear can go the sporty route real quick. But it doesn’t have to be all errands and spin class. Your out-of-office days and outdoor holiday tidings can still be styled with plenty of polish and femininity. Here, I’m going the mock neck ruffle top + suede pants route because honestly, they are just so cute.
The Saddle Suede Stretch Ashford Pants are a Tuckernuck staple. They feature a higher waistline while keeping true to the beloved mid-weight 4 way stretch fabric and cropped kick hem. (The high waist is what gives the overall look balance in tandem with a cozy turtleneck or sweater of your choice). This Black Ruffle Sweater is fairly lightweight, so you won’t feel too bulky under your coat. It features feminine, ruffle details at the shoulder and a mock neckline – an overall fun update on a classic.
In adorable outerwear news, the Leopard Wingtip Coat is a tailored classic, 1960s-inspired feat of loveliness. In a neutral palette, this polished piece pairs perfectly with classic neutrals in your existing wardrobe. Also of note, Emerson Fry uses small batch production which means they avoid creating excess waste by cutting/sewing only units sold. And they use organic cotton, linens and cruelty free fabrics making their process as sustainable as possible. I’ve also added the most adorable Pearl Luna Bow Earrings to this look, which are well-priced and a pop of pearl that I’m never upset about.
If we’re only zeroed-in on the holidays, we might find ourselves suddenly outfit-less when it comes to casual weekend plans. Take a cruise through Tuckernuck’s offerings which will make sure you love what you’re wearing, wherever you’re going this season and beyond! So, will you be shopping my winter uniform from Tuckernuck or creating your own? Share in the comments below!
Thank you Tuckernuck for collaborating with me on this post!
