How many of us made a goal to implement healthy habits for 2021? I always make some kind of health resolution – whether it’s trying different eating habits, exercising more, drinking more water, taking time for myself – you know the drill.
Although there are some mixed opinions about setting New Year resolutions, I like them. Some do too, and others not so much. I do, however, find it hard to remember them, so I like set monthly “challenges” for myself instead. So, if you’re like me, today I wanted to share the goals I’ve set for myself this month/year and how I’m planning to achieve them!
In no particular order, here are the goals I’ve set for myself this year. I do think it’s important to write them down somewhere to keep yourself accountable. So here we go!

And if you don’t have the time to go to the gym or pay for an expensive class – I hear you. I usually exercise at home and you all shared some great fitness programs with me that were free or easy to do at home! So thank you!
