Cue: Hocus Pocus on repeat and bring out the apple cider, because it’s #spookyszn. Y’all know I love all things fall, but I don’t typically decorate for Halloween… As in the creepy coffins, smoke machines, or skeletons. But this year I couldn’t resist getting a little creative and amping up my halloween decor with DIY bats! So to give you all the spooky (yet tasteful) halloween decor inspo, here’s what my living room and fireplace mantle currently look like. Plus, at the end of this post is a video to show you exactly how I decorated with these cute DIY halloween bats we made from card stock paper!
And don’t worry. The fun doesn’t stop at just this room. Of course I had to bring some spooky over to our fireplace mantle. Check it out below!
Watch how I decorated for halloween this year in the video below! We cut the bats by hand to add a variety, but you can also find templates for them online as well! And just used scotch tape to adhere them to the fireplace and windows. If you have any questions, though, don’t hesitate to reach out to me!
