It’s the happiest season of all and I just can’t contain my excitement any longer! And with the first day of month being a couple days away, I’ve been scouring the internet for things to add to my December Bucket List. You know… That list you make every year. The one that gets you into the holiday spirit, spreads Christmas cheer, helps you survive the dead of winter, etc.? Yeah. THAT LIST! 

We have so much to look forward to this month, with my hubby’s birthday, holiday travel, and being around family – I just can’t wait to get started! So, without further ado, here’s my list of things I hope to do this month!

2019 december bucket list

  1. Watch Christmas movies all day (for a lazy day indoors!)
  2. Christmas shopping
  3. Decorate for Christmas – Done! See my post here!
  4. Take Christmas pictures with your family
  5. Bake & decorate Christmas cookies 
  6. Go see Christmas carolers or go caroling
  7. Go ice skating. We did last year and it was so fun!
  8. Throw or attend a fancy Christmas party 
  9. Order and mail Christmas cards – Done! See my post here!
  10. Watch ‘It’s A Wonderful Life’ 
  11. Make a fire & roast s’mores 
  12. Drive around and look at Christmas lights with hot cocoa
  13. DIY Ugly Christmas Sweaters
  14. Take a trip to somewhere snowy!
  15. Do a puzzle – We do this every year!
  16. Throw or attend an Ugly Christmas Sweater Party
  17. Go on a fancy holiday date night 
  18. Watch ‘Love Actually’ and drink Christmas cocktails your girlfriends
  19. Host a Holiday Girls’ Craft Night and make ornaments/popcorn garland
  20. Have brunch with Santa or take your kiddos to see him!
  21. Help your friends or family decorate for Christmas
  22. Watch ‘The Holiday’ while wrapping gifts
  23. Master a new holiday cocktail
  24. Go to The Nutcracker Ballet
  25. Make seasonal baked goods for your neighbors

So that’s it ladies and gentlemen, THE LIST and 25 things to do this December! I hope it inspires you to make your own December bucket list, to get out and have some fun this season. With all the parties, family events, and responsibilities of the season it can get overwhelming quickly. So don’t forget to take some time out and schedule in a little festive-filled fun for you and your favorite people!
