After months of planning and weeks without a proper kitchen, we are so excited to finally share our kitchen renovation reveal! Renovating the kitchen was the priority on our list since we purchased the house in February. The footprint of the kitchen was so small and didn’t really lend itself towards function or storage. So, I wanted to create a space that offered a lot of storage, functionality, and made sense with the other updates we’ve been making. AND! The fun didn’t stop at the kitchen… we also turned the formal dining room into a butlers pantry to add even more storage and function! We have a large breakfast nook off of the kitchen (which can hold a dining table), plus seating at our island, so it didn’t really make sense for us to keep the formal dining. Honestly, the formal dining room goes unused in a lot of homes, so I really wanted to make better use of the space and I’m so glad we did! Now, let’s take a look at our kitchen renovation reveal!
