A classic silhouette and a timeless polka dot print always fit the bill. Polkadots are a staple pattern in my wardrobe and an instant mood-booster! (Can anyone really be unhappy while wearing polkadots??) I’m loving this chic smocked dress with puff sleeves (which can be worn on or off the shoulder!). And would you believe me if I told you it’s only $20?! Yup. That’s what sold me, too. Paired with this woven belt and a classic red lip, I felt so fabulous wearing this breezy dress… even if it was just around the house!
